June Newsletter

Hello Friends,

May was a very busy month at the friendship center. We started Nutrition with Hannah on Mondays and Bible study with Pastor Harry is still going strong on Tuesdays. If we have homebound individuals that would like to join us please call Ashleigh at 259-2223 x 230 and I will be glad to go Live on Facebook for you. The Able Heirs will not be with us until further notice. They are dealing with health concerns and would appreciate everyone’s prayers. The Mother's Day party was a huge success the ladies really enjoyed their week and some delicious tea party snacks. Also the Sheriff's Senior Fish Fry was a huge success. The food was delicious. We personally thank each and everyone who worked so hard. We got our flags out for Memorial day and enjoyed Hamburgers and cupcakes for our celebration.
June is here and we will be celebrating the Father's for their special day and we have a fundraiser this month. Meatball subs on 6/30/23. All proceeds will go to the Senior Prom. So be on the lookout for our flyers. Thank you to all who have supported The COA in donations we are so grateful and hope you know how much we truly do appreciate you.
Keep Safe!

Ashleigh C. Davis
