Safe and dependable public transportation for the elderly, disabled and other transportation disadvantaged of Baker County. We provide door to door service. We provide service for both ambulatory and wheelchair transportation. We offer daily trips in Baker, Duval, Columbia, and Alachua Counties. In county shopping trips are provided every Tuesday and Thursday. We also provide public transportation deviated flex route we have two shuttles, Wildcat, and the Bobcat. Wildcat shuttle travels from Baker County and travels into Duval County three times a day Monday through Friday. The Bobcat shuttle travels from Baker County to Colombia County twice a day Monday through Friday. See routes for more information regarding the deviated flex route services.

Transportation Disadvantage (TD) means those persons all ages who because of physical or mental disability, income status, or age that is unable to transport themselves to medical, employment, education, shopping, social activated or other life sustaining activities.

Private pay includes anyone not qualified for state or federal funding sources..

NO-SHOW Policy

With-in 90 days
  1. First No-Show a door hanger will be placed on your door with our no show policy
  2. Second No-Show a door hanger will be placed on your door with our no show policy
  3. After the third no-show your privileges will be suspended for 30 days. The no-show policy will be enforced

Co-Pay

Transportation Disadvantage $1.50 per trip
5310 Program $1.00 per trip
5311 Program 1.50 trip

Riders Responsibilities

  • Contact the office when you're finished with your appointment
  • You must pay your required co-pay
  • Notify the office with address and phone number changes
  • Schedule trip requests "3 business days in advance"
  • Providing own wheelchair and/or escort
  • Notify of cancellation at least three hours prior to pick up time. If the van goes to your scheduled pickup origination you will be considered a no-show

We are the transportation provider for managed Health Care in our Community. If you need transportation to your Doctor's appointment and you have any of the plans below
